by ward cluster-by-cluster, street-by-street, market-by-market
digitalized mapping of the area where the vendors are
located. |

Each
cluster of street vendors identified by the mapping
will be surveyed vendor by vendor.

Special
attention will be paid to the weekly markets and haat
bazaars in different areas. |

Select
certain cities
( such as Delhi, Ahmedabad, Patna
and Bangalore) to show by concrete example how
vendors can be integrated in the city landscape in a
dignified and aesthetic manner. |
